Designed by Taku Shinomoto, the Hasami Porcelain mugs can be used for drinking, serving, as well as storage. The shape allows for easy stacking and by design are multifunctional as the oak lids can be interchangeably used as plates, coasters and lids. Made from a mixture of porcelain and clay, these pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Hasami, Nagasaki is considered Japan's foremost pottery district. Porcelain production in this area dates back 400 years and its rich traditions have continued to this day.
